I'm Cori, Cori Jessy, Corinne. A girl originally from Southeast Alaska who's found herself roaming through Oregon, Arizona, and all over the east and west coast before finally finding a new home in the mountains of California beautiful city of Portland, Oregon (as of February 2013!). I began this blog as a way to organize and gather ideas for our natural, rustic wedding that took place on August 29, 2009 in Flagstaff, Arizona. I still write about weddings, but also ideas about love, life, marriage, inspiration, music, art, photography, diy ideas, and the adventures we come across as a newly wedded couple living life together. I photograph people in love for a living, and you can find me over here and blogging about it here.

The things that make me who I am: capturing people's lives on camera, creating art, reading novels, experiencing music, drinking good coffee, breakfast's together, getting something in the mail, tim tams with tea, relief work, seeing my sister, international travel, camping out of the back a truck, reaching the top of a mountain, hermit thrushes, bonfires on the beach, the Northwest, community, family, being with the love of my life.

Things that are a result of creating this blog.... coming to know some amazing women, photographers, artists, crafters, brides, wives, and mothers. Every single comment and email is eagerly read and your encouragement, questions, input, and ideas are what keeps me blogging. Thank you!
