I'll marry my lover in a place to admire

After hours of pouring through different websites and blogs about wedding ideas, thrifty brides, and happy-ever-afters, I decided it was time to create my own space. I'm hoping this will help organize the hundreds of pictures saved in various folders on my desktop, help us stay true to what we want the celebration of our union to be, and be an inspiration for other Arizona brides searching for a Flagstaff wedding in the mountains. I have no promises on things it will or will not include; it's our life, love, and the celebration of joining those indefinitely.

Such a good idea. Combing the web was not something I did prior to my wedding, but now that I plan for others, I frequent wedding blogs and pout a little when I see something I wish I had done. If you haven't seen...this is a SUPER cute idea for the morning of your wedding: http://greylikesweddings.wordpress.com/2009/08/07/found-groomsmen-socks/
Also, you probably also saw this if you follow A Mountain Bride, but these are just too lovely: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=6219465
Enjoy the planning because the wedding day flies by and the "getting married" part, the vows, the ceremony...is actually quite easy and quick and simple. It is a delight. My goal was to get married (dress included) for less that $4000. I did it, so I have faith in your ability!

Thanks so much for the encouragement! It's so good to hear that you made it possible. We're already around $6,000 when we wanted to do it for $5000. The blogging world has definitely made it a little easier for me to keep things in perspective.

Great ideas too, thanks for the links! Haven't seen the socks before, but I've been drooling over those hair pins.
