This vintage dress was rescued from an estate of a woman in her late 80's. Esty seller MotherMidnight purchased the gown, not being able to believe that the family was selling it for the money. Supposedly, the woman lived a crazy life filled with travel and adventure and married late for her time at 32. This dress is one-of-a-kind for sale for $825, in awesome condition with all beading intact. Thanks so much for featuring the dress. It is making me sad to have it just hanging in the closet right now!!
It was one of those "finds" that you just can't shake - I'm pretty sure the people having the sale were getting uncomfortable with me lingering around and asking questions!! I just couldn't contain my curiosity.
Anyway, thanks so much again! I hope it finds it's way to a special occasion soon, it deserves to be in the spotlight.
